Dr. Katia Chaban is an award-winning global leader with 27 years of diverse IT experience working with Fortune 500 companies implementing transformative initiatives driven by new business models, competitive technology landscapes, and M&As across manufacturing, transportation, utilities, and IT services industries. Through her vast and diverse experiences, she found that the topic of sustainability has become more personal and purposeful. She also recognizes that it can be incredibly overwhelming, so she founded ReThinkIT Strategies to help businesses achieve their sustainability objectives through the lens of circularity while letting them focus on running their business.  Katia’s knowledge and experience provide her with the unique skill set of looking through both a sustainability and IT lens and translating essential concepts to help bridge both worlds to influence change and navigate complexity.
